【Notice of New Year's holiday closure】
December 28th (Sun), 2025 to January 3rd (Sat), 2026
Please note that we will not be able to respond to email or any other contact during this period.
Inquiries will be handled in order from Sunday, January 4th, 2026, but it may take some time to respond. We sincerely ask for your understanding.

◇New Year's holiday 50% off basic fee campaign◇
Departure: December 27th (Sat), 2025
Return: January 4th (Sun), 2026
9days and 8nights

■Vehicles covered by the campaign (SL350, C43AMG Cabriolet, CIVIC TYPE R, MX-5)
■During the campaign period, the basic rental fee will be 50% off. However, this discount applies only if you include the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). If you choose not to add the CDW, the discount will be 40% off the basic rental fee.
■Applies to WEB reservations only
■Departure/return outside the campaign period will be charged at the normal fees.
■CDW and additional driver fee are normal fees.
■Payment will be made at the regular rate at the time of reservation, and the discounted rate will be applied at the time of departure.
■Returns cannot be made during the campaign period.
■Cancellation fee will be charged as described below.

～12/12 (Fri)　　→ 0% of regular basic fee
Request from 12/13 (Sat) to 12/20 (Sat) 　→ 10% of regular basic fee
Request from 12/21 (Sun) to 12/24 (Wed) 　→ 30% of regular basic fee
Requests from 12/25 (Thu) to 12/26 (Fri) 　→ 50% of regular basic fee
On the day of December 27th (Sat) 　→ 100% of regular basic fee

On December 27th (Sat) and January 4th (Sun), customers who use the year-end and New Year campaign will be given priority.
We do not accept reservations for departure and return on 12/27 and 1/4 for regular rentals(6h/9h/24h).(6 hours/9 hours/24 hours rental are not allowed)
Please note that if you made a reservation, you will be asked to cancel it or change the date and time.

※Vehicles will be ready at the address (or Google coordinate) above. Please refer to the picture map above, Our staff will be waiting there at the reservation time. We do not have an office or a shop building.
If it becomes unavoidable to arrive late or return early/late, please contact us as soon as possible to the phone number above.

【About Shibuya Higashi shop】
・The staff comes here only when the customer picks up or returns the car. So please make a reservation in advance.
・There is no restroom in the meeting up location.
・If multiple reservations overlap at the same time, we will handle them in order. Please note that you might need to wait at least for 20 minutes in that case. We sincerely ask for your understanding.
